LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. – State Senator Dan Duffy (R-Lake Barrington) will co-host a FREE senior health fair with State Representative Ed Sullivan (R-Mundelein) to help you learn how to live a happier and healthier life.

• When: Thursday, October 13, 9 a.m. to noon
• Where: Libertyville Sports Complex, 1950 N. Highway 45, Libertyville

The event is FREE and open to the public. Legislative brochures will be available about state programs and senior benefits.

Several participants will be on site to provide information on local, state and private programs. Additionally, multiple types of free health screenings will be available for glucose, blood pressure and skin-cancer prevention.

Attendees will also be able to receive flu shots – free with Medicare Part B, $29.99 without – and photo I.D. cards.
